I am an Experience Designer. It could be a hard definition, but, when you use a site or an app on your mobile or computer could be something that I have designed. I am an empathic visual geek, with a keen eye for details.
I have been developing internet project related, since the last century, when the internet was a kid just like you. I had a huge crush by accident with the news media business, but a lasting one (more than 20 years now). I designed the first weekly Portuguese online newspaper with a 24/7 updated news coverage, at Expresso newspaper. For more than 12 years, Expresso was my home, and now Impresa (that owns SIC tv channels and Expresso). I have been awarded for cross-branded projects in Portugal and internationally, working with newspapers, magazines and tv.
Since 2015, I am exploring the intersection between digital, design and children education. Narrowing the gap between school, children and digital fluency, empowering all to mix their knowledge with the digital tools available.
